Wilbert News Strategies: Building Results

Capabilities

  • Media Relations

We strategically use the media to tell our clients’ stories. At WNS we understand what journalists need and how to leverage the media to reach target audiences. We have relationships at a wide range of media outlets and have placed our clients in The Wall Street Journal, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Associated Press, Bloomberg Television, National Real Estate Investor and many other media outlets, both print and digital.

  • Social Media

We help organizations use social media platforms—including blogs, Facebook and Twitter—to tell their stories with a high level of control. We use social media to amplify the impact of traditional media hits. Social media allows us to reach a growing demographic that does not consume substantial traditional media.

  • Thought Leadership

We position companies we represent as industry leaders and their executives as subject-matter experts. We do this through a variety of channels: bylined articles; speeches; opportunities to be quoted as experts in new stories; and online content.

  • Issues Management

When a client faces a crisis or controversial issue, we work with the client to craft a narrative—and then tell that story to key stakeholder audiences. We take a proactive approach, leveraging multiple communications platforms, including the media. We enable clients to emerge from challenging communications situations in positions of strength.
